WebMas provides free online color conversion tools including:
RGB to HEX Converter

Other Color Tools
Various color-related utilities and converters
All tools are provided "as is" without any warranties.
3 User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:

The color conversion algorithms and formulas are based on standard color theory and are not proprietary. You are free to use the mathematical formulas for your own implementations.

WebMas Color Tools are provided free of charge. We are not liable for:
